How does billing work?
ChiliDocs Pro costs €399 per year per HubSpot portal, excluding VAT, after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the ChiliDocs settings in HubSpot.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Every Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with full Pro functionality. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Install the Free plan from the HubSpot Marketplace. Then open the ChiliDocs settings or the record card in HubSpot and choose Upgrade to Pro. You will approve the additional HubSpot permissions and complete the payment in one flow.
What happens when I reach the Free limit?
Document generation pauses until the next calendar month. Upgrading to Pro removes the limit immediately.
Which HubSpot subscription do I need?
ChiliDocs works with every HubSpot tier. Workflow actions require a HubSpot subscription that includes workflows, and custom objects require HubSpot Enterprise.
Which HubSpot permissions does ChiliDocs request?
ChiliDocs follows a least-privilege approach. Free requests only what it needs: reading contacts and companies, HubSpot Files for templates and generated documents, attaching notes to records, and reading owner and user details. Pro additionally requests deals, tickets, line items, custom objects, workflows and currency settings. If you decline an optional permission, the app keeps working and only the related Pro feature is unavailable.
